Port City Pride is excited to announce the 2nd Annual Port City Pride Block Party on Saturday, September 1st, 2018 from Noon – 10:00pm on Castle Street in Wilmington, NC! Port City Block Party will be a free public event with entertainment, food trucks, vendors, and an atmosphere of celebration for the entire community! The much-anticipated Swansboro Arts by the Sea Festival is held annually on the second Saturday of June in Downtown Swansboro, North Carolina.
This festival, which takes place on the waterfront, features arts, crafts, delicious food, wine tastings, stories, children’s entertainment and other fun activities. You’ll find pottery, jewelry, paintings, carvings, photography, sculpture, stained glass and more art. You’re sure to find a great souvenir or keepsake at the Swansboro Arts by the Sea Festival.

Humble Roots Farm
Poplar Grove is pleased to present Gourmet in the Grove, a late afternoon/early evening artisan & farmers’ market directly in front of the Manor House from 4-7:30 PM every Thursday this summer, featuring area vendors from Jacksonsville to Surf City to downtown Wilmington to Carolina Beach. The Manor House will be open for preview between 5-7 PM at no charge.

The main floor of the Manor House will be open for viewing as the sun sets, so don’t sit in traffic. Pull over, feel the sun, and decompress at Poplar Grove. We won’t tell how many samples you accepted before going home!

We want to make art accessible for people, so what do you think about posting instructions on how to do it yourself? Although, disclaimer folks… it might not be as cheap as a pencil and paper, but it sure will be fun!
